Campsite In Funtington

I own 13 acres at Funtington and at present the Westbourne Girl Guides use it for camps, I would like to offer the same to other local guides groups. My father in -law used to facilitate this many years ago apparently. The land is at Adsdean , Funtington and we breed Alpacas at the moment but there is lots of room.

Please let my wife and I know if you would be interested.

Regards

Brownies take over the Tracks
This is a very exciting event which is to take place on Monday 3rd May 2010 as part of the Centenary celebrations using our own chartered Steam Train out of Victoria into Windsor.
I would like to recruit Guiders and Senior Section members to assist on the day who would be willing to be either in London very early on the morning of the 3rd May 2010 or in Windsor to help at the “Event” which is being organised. Some volunteers will be required to travel on the train but I cannot guarantee that all helpers will get a ticket to ride. This is open to all Guiders but please bear in mind helpers will not be able to have a group of Brownies as well, so Brownie Guiders wishing to accompany their own girls should not apply.
A meeting for all helpers will be held sometime in the future within the Region, once we have more details and a list of volunteers. For more information or to apply please e mail steamtrains2010@girlguidinglaser.org.uk or apply in writing via Region office.
Thank you
Roo Tucker
