The next Sub-Camp Get Together is taking place at Ardingly Showground on Wednesday 23rd June from 7.30-9.30 p.m.
Payments
There are still a few Groups/Units that have not yet made their second payments. These are now three weeks overdue at a time where we are having to lay out large sums of money for deposits on equipment and activities. Please get your act together and get your debts settled quickly. Final payments are due by 31st May at the latest.
"Permission to Camp" Forms
Every Group/Unit that would normally complete a ‘Permission to Camp’ Form for camps must do so for WS2004 in the normal way.
Can you Help?
Are you a Scouter or Guider attending WS2004? Will you have some spare time to help out generally with some of the one-off activities taking place? This could be a few hours, half a day or more depending on your availability. If so, please let your Sub-Camp Leader know.

Entertainment
Do you have any contacts for ‘high class’ entertainment that will be enjoyed by young people? If so please let us know on hq@ws2004.co.uk
International Market
We hope to organise a 'Sussex stall & activities' at the International Market. The involvement of Scout & Guide groups with this is needed. A Sussex Trug (craft activity), a Rock shop, Punch & Judy presentation and Mummers play are current suggestions - If you would like to get involved with any of these or have other 'Sussex' suggestions - contact: hq@ws2004.co.uk
Apology
Anyone who has contacted WS Bookings since early December may think that their post or e-mail has been lost. The poor beleaguered soul who looks after this has also started a new job which has involved a lot of evening and weekend work to get up to speed. He promises now to catch up as quickly as possible and should clear the backlog by the end of January.
